Headquarters in Spain, with subsidiaries in Colombia, Florida-U.S.A., and Perú. Has experience in the mining sector for more than 10 years, with vast knowledge in the extraction of minerals (gold, silver, and platinoids). In its artisanal form, subsistence mining avoids using chemical components such as mercury during the extraction/recovery process. The initial method used is “alluvial gold” (clean mining), then special treatment of discarded sands to decant platinoids with proprietary technologies.
We pursue two main objectives for the Group’s vision: To foster local development in Indigenous communities, whilst extracting metals in their most eco-friendly form at the best cost-benefit structure.
Promoting Artisanal and Environmentally Friendly Mining Practices
Environmental stewardship is at the core of MetalNobile's operations. We are dedicated to preserving ecosystems while adding value to the communities in which we operate. Our mining methods involve extracting minerals from riverbanks without the use of harmful chemicals, such as mercury. This "alluvial gold" or "clean mining" approach ensures that the natural environment remains unharmed. Additionally, we employ proprietary technologies to treat discarded sands, enabling the decanting of platinoids and maximizing resource utilization.
Fostering Local Development in Indigenous Communities
MetalNobile is committed to fostering local development by actively involving indigenous communities in our mining processes. By integrating local labor and adhering to governmental regulations and permits, we ensure that our operations not only comply with legal standards but also contribute to the socio-economic growth of the regions we serve. Our approach promotes sustainable development, providing communities with employment opportunities and supporting local economies.
Subsistence mining is conducted by extracting minerals from the river's banks and overseeing governmental regulations and permits. First, sand is removed, which is subjected to a process of a labyrinth or pan, a process that separates the gold from the sand, returning the leftovers and waste to the river, in this way no chemical component is used for the extraction of the material while incorporating local communities to the process.
At MetalNobile, we recognize the critical importance of compliance with international regulations whilst implementing robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. That is why we apply different frameworks and guidelines to our Compliance Workflow and also use state-of-the-art proprietary technology to validate origin.
We welcome partnerships and collaborations with individuals and organizations who share our commitment to compliance, environmental sustainability, and community development. To learn more about our services or to discuss potential collaborations, please contact us through our website.
